Non-monetary giving

First, if you wish to find ways for hands-on involvement in the ministry see the Get Involved link above.  For those who are able to donate specific items (groceries, school supplies, computers, etc), we are thrilled with your choice to assist us in our ministry. Periodically we have drives to raise specific types of items – groceries, school supplies, clothing, etc. Check out the most recent newsletter for updates on current needs. Items may be dropped off  at our location in the Crestline church and we will gladly provide you with a receipt with the date of your donation.  IRS Regulations prohibit charitable organizations from assigning a value to non-monetary donations.  Please consult a tax professional for questions regarding assigning donation value.

Periodically donations may collected through your local Nazarene church for NorthwestConnect projects, but please be aware we are unable to provide a tax receipt for your donation in these instances.

Where your money is spent
We are blessed with having compassionate local Spokane area churches who have stepped up to provide volunteers and donations. Because of this, currently much of our financial needs are for administrative purposes including building maintenance, utilities and a part-time office administrator. With this in mind, if you prefer that your donation only be used for our programs, please include a note with your check, or make a note in the “special instructions” in PayPal, specifying this request.
